The MCM® Program is a unique and practical 2½-day class that offers advanced, hands-on training for insurance regulators and insurance industry professionals on how to manage an effective and efficient market conduct examination. Virtual MCM Course, August 2020
The IRES MCM course originally scheduled to take place during our CDS 2020 will now be held virtually this year. Please see below for details on the program. The program will still offer certification at the end, as well as 15 CE credits for earning the designation upon passing the exam.

Please know that upon registration and course payment we will email you a registration confirmation that will include the digital MCM textbook. This textbook is 352 pages and will need to be read prior to the course.
MCM® Program Registration Fees
The registration fee covers the cost of the MCM® textbook and the examination.

CANCELLATION/ REFUND/ NO-SHOW POLICY
Cancellations received by the office at least two business days prior to the event are eligible for a refund of the registration fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received fewer than two business days prior to the event. No-shows will be billed for any unpaid registration fees.
