When you arrive on Sunday, plan on joining in a celebratory anniversary-themed reception with heavy appetizers to fill up the weary traveler and prepare you for Monday’s opening. Tuesday’s closing reception will feature lighter fare to send you off to your travels or to dinner with colleagues on your own. CANCELLATION/ REFUND/ NO-SHOW POLICY

Cancellations received at the office by 5:00pm CST on Friday, July 22, 2017, are eligible for a refund of the registration fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after the cancellation deadline. No-shows will be billed for any unpaid registration fees.

Hotel Accommodations

The Omni Providence Hotel is a New England hotel located about 10 miles from T.F. Green Airport and only a 10 minute walk from the Providence Amtrak Station. A room block has been reserved for IRES CDS attendees at the special rate of $189/night (Single/Double) or at the government rate of $147/night (Single/Double).
